This qualification includes Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander community development work, client contact and community care. Additionally, you will learn how to respond holistically to client needs. Clients may have a range of issues outside and in addition to the area of immediate focus or expertise of the worker and their organisation. The course relates to careers including Neighbourhood centre worker, Recreational activities officer(weekends) and Residential support worker.
